Following an on-field confrontation between Victor Osimhen and Ademola Lookman during Nigeria’s 4-0 victory over Mozambique, the Nigerian Football Federation (NFF) has downplayed claims of a right within the Super Eagles camp.

After the game against Mozambique, Lookman denied rumors of a schism, stating that winning and maintaining team togetherness were Nigeria’s top priorities.
